We've worked hard to develop sites that are state-of-the-art in terms of working environment, but also give us the opportunity to grow our business alongside the development of our associates.

Chester
ECS is one of the largest employers in Chester. We are part of the fabric of the local community and an integral part of the local economy. Our site covers over 670,000 square feet and houses the contact centre departments, credit card printing teams, insurance, fraud and risk and a wide variety of support functions.
Chester was chosen as the headquarters of ECS because of the support of local authority, the availability of land for development and an excellent communications infrastructure. The city is also a very attractive place to live and work and offers a vibrant city centre steeped in history with pleasant surrounding countryside.
Covering a 12-acre site, ECS associates and their families enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities on campus, including a gym and fitness suite, soccer and cricket pitches, basketball court and softball field. We also enjoy excellent transport links, subsidised restaurants, a coffee shop and onsite parking.
