We've worked hard to develop sites that are state-of-the-art in terms of working environment, but also give us the opportunity to grow our business alongside the development of our associates.

Chester
ECS is the largest employer in Chester with 4,000 associates, a third of whom live in the city and surrounding area. We are part of the fabric of the local community and an integral part of the local economy. Our site covers over 670,000 square feet and houses the contact centre departments, credit card printing teams, insurance, fraud and risk and a wide variety of support functions.
Chester was chosen as the headquarters of ECS because of the support of local authority, the availability of land for development and an excellent communications infrastructure. The city is also a very attractive place to live and work and offers a vibrant city centre steeped in history with pleasant surrounding countryside.
Covering a 12-acre site, ECS associates and their families enjoy a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports facilities on campus, including a gym and fitness suite, soccer and cricket pitches, basketball court and softball field. We also enjoy excellent transport links, subsidised restaurants, a coffee shop and onsite parking.
Carrick-on-Shannon
Bank of America Europe Card Services is the largest employer in Ireland's Northwest region with almost 1000 associates supporting customers of our UK and Irish credit cards across telemarketing, customer assistance, credit assurance, customer loyalty, quality and support functions.
The state-of-the-art facility in Carrick-on-Shannon has drawn talent from near and far with many of our associates coming from surrounding counties. The site is directly across from the beautiful River Shannon and benefits from a subsidised restaurant, free car parking for all employees and easy access to local shopping facilities and fitness centres.
Bank of America and its associates work hard to make a positive impact on the communities in which we work. In Carrick, we have built and donated the People's Playground and actively support a number of community organizations including the Carrick Water Music Festival and Adopt A Road.
Dublin
Our office on Hatch Street is in the heart of Dublin city centre overlooking Iveagh Gardens, one of Dublin's best kept secrets, houses some of our key support functions such as business development and marketing, public policy, communications and Compliance.
