- Name of other credit/store card issuer - check your card or statement
- Card number from which you want to transfer the balance
- Amount you want to transfer to your Amazon.co.uk MasterCard
- Contact telephone number

Use the Log In or Register on this page access your Online Banking account

Once logged in, under "Your Account" tab select "Make a transfer" and then select either "Transfer a balance" or "Transfer money"
